The new report of the World Energy Council identifies the critical factors that are slowing down the evolution of the global energy sector

This research is one of the last annual assessments from WEC about the issues that affect the regional and global energy sector, and it is based on the insights of WEC energy leaders. It identifies the key uncertainties that need further development in order to allow the supply and the use of sustainable energy. For the first time, the study includes specific assessments of certain countries: Colombia, Germany, India, Indonesia, South Africa, and Switzerland.

The Spanish Committee of WEC collaborates with two candidates to the program "Future energy Leaders" of WEC

The objective of this initiative is to attract young talents from all around the world to the World Energy Congress in Daegu. One hundred delegates from 44 countries have been chosen in the program, including 20 representatives from developing nations. This group will contribute to the Congress program with its vision on the current energy scenario.
