If you require accommodation in Barcelona
during the congress, you can request a hotel reservation at
one of the selected hotels through the Hotel Reservation
Form.
Full payment for accommodation will be required when the reservation
is made.

be made by bank transfer or credit card. In both cases you
must clearly indicate the name of the person who will be staying
in the hotel reserved.

Changes and Cancellations
Any change or modification to the hotel
reservation must be requested in writing to : corredera@tecnicviajes.com
It requires full payment of accommodation at the time of booking.
As there are limited places, bookings are confirmed by order
of reception.
Once confirmed rooms will be allowed only changes or cancellations
until 30 September. Once this date cancellations are not allowed.
